Introduction to Plein Air Painting
Join painter, Doug Hoppes in this fun workshop held on the grounds of Grand Isle Art Works. Doug will teach the basics of painting the great outdoors. All medium types are encouraged: oil, oil pastels, watercolors, etc. Doug will be going over the basics of massing the landscape, atmospheric perspective, lighting, and how to not be overwhelmed by what you see!
