What is the weekend all about?  

Bright yellow signs compete with a multitude of greens along Vermont’s roads enticing visitors to the studios and galleries of craftspeople and other artists across Vermont during the 2020 Spring Open Studio Weekend taking place over May 23 & 24, Memorial Day Weekend. The self-guided Open Studio tour features the work of glassblowers, jewelers, printmakers, potters, furniture makers, weavers, ironworkers, painters, sculptors, quilt makers and wood carvers. Many participating galleries will host gallery talks and feature special exhibits in conjunction with this event. Grand Isle Art Works is going to be a hub for the 2020 Open Studio Weekend, May 23 & May 24, 2020.  This is a state-wide event and it is TIME that Grand Isle County shows what real art is all about! Grand Isle Art Works will offer space to artists who would like to take part in this year’s Open Studio Weekend at no additional cost.
