Grand Isle Art Works will have our signature cookies both days and a giant yard sale on Sunday at 9:00 am! Join us!
Saying Goodbye to our Favorite Hooker
Today we will open the gallery a bit later. Many of you may remember our Happy Hooker, Lynn Soule, who ran the gallery on Mondays and Tuesdays each spring, summer, fall. Lynn passed away earlier this summer, today is her Memorial Celebration.
Lynn was truly a wonderful person with the best island stories and a genuine laugh! She was also a master rug hooker. Like her favorite hooking subject RBG.
“Whatever you choose to do, leave tracks. That means don’t do it just for yourself. You will want to leave the world a little better for your having lived.”
—Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Lynn left her tracks on all of us. We miss her.
